Cancelations and returns
All items made by Punchprint are made to order for each customer; therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
However, if an order is cancelled within 30 minutes after being placed, Punchprint will refund the money less the credit card transaction fees, which is 2% of the total amount.
If an order is placed in-store, one of our friendly Punchprinters will present the final product to the person who picks up the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product carefully to certify that it meets their requirements. Once the product has been accepted and the customer leaves the store with the product, Punchprint is not and will not be liable for any damage that might occur to the product or any future customer dissatisfaction. Refunds or replacement will not be given after the customer has inspected the product, accepted it and taken it from the premises.
